I’ve used Omio twice now, and I was a bit nervous at first because I always worry I’m going to get fooled by travel sites or end up with some hidden issue. But both trains matched the times shown exactly, and everything went smoothly. No surprises at all, which was a relief.

The price looked fine right up until checkout, then it suddenly changed, which felt misleading. I get that fees or updates can happen, but it would’ve been nice to see the real total earlier, kind of a frustrating surprise, not gonna lie.

I booked a train through Omio and the confirmation came through quickly. Compared to some other travel sites I’ve used, it was nice that the times, seat details, and ticket number all matched exactly what I selected, so there wasn’t any second-guessing. The only small hiccup was that the email landed in my spam folder at first. Other than that, it was straightforward and easy enough.

"Super easy train booking with Omio"
Booked my train through Omio it was really straightforward. The boarding instructions were clear. Station, time, what to have ready. All right there, so I wasn’t standing on the platform trying to figure things out last minute. I also liked having the ticket in the app. Just opened it, scanned it, and got on the train. No extra hassle. Simple, easy, worked just fine for me

"Not useless, but I wouldn’t fully trust it"
I used omio to check a few trips, and it was okay at first, but then I found cheaper train options later that didn’t show up there. The times were also a bit confusing, so I had to double-check everything somewhere else anyway. It also made me wonder if there are markups or extra fees baked in somewhere, because the prices didn’t always feel like the best available. Not totally useless, but I wouldn’t rely on it without comparing elsewhere

I had to cancel my trip, and thankfully it all worked out in the end :) The process was a little confusing though, and the refund info took longer to come through than I expected. Not a terrible experience, just wish things were explained a bit more clearly!

I used Omio to check a trip, and to be fair, it did work for what I needed. The site felt a little slow at times, and the filters weren’t always as straightforward as I expected, so I ended up clicking around more than I thought I’d have to. Still, I found the trip in the end, so I can’t really complain too much

My booking was changed unexpectedly, and when I reached out to support, it felt like I was getting nowhere. I spent time trying to sort it out and didn’t feel like anyone was taking the issue seriously. At this point, I’d expect some kind of compensation for the inconvenience, especially since the change wasn’t something I asked for.

"Easy refund process"
I had to cancel my train booking and expected the refund to be a bit of a hassle, but it was sorted within a few days. The process was straightforward and stress-free. Would’ve been nice to get a little more update along the way, but overall I was happy with how omio handled it.

"Worked out in the end"
The booking itself was pretty much fine, but the payment bit felt kind of slow. I wasn’t totally sure if it had actually gone through at first, which was a little stressful. The ticket showed up after a few minutes though, so it wasn’t a huge deal, just a bit annoying.

"Support took way too long to get back to me"
Booking itself was fine — no real issues there. But customer support was frustrating. I just had a simple question about my ticket, and the replies were slow... and didn’t really answer what I asked. So I had to follow up again, then wait even longer. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but when you need a quick answer, it gets annoying fast.

"Service fees were a nasty surprise"
I booked a train ticket through omio and thought everything was fine until I got right to the end and saw the service fee added on. Maybe I should’ve been paying closer attention, but it felt like one of those little surprises that shows up when you’re already basically committed, and suddenly the ticket isn’t such a good deal anymore.
I get it, companies have to make money, fair enough, but I really wish the fee had been more obvious from the start instead of feeling kind of tucked away. It ended up being more expensive than just buying directly from the train company, which is frustrating. Next time I’ll definitely check the train company’s site first, and I’ll probably avoid using omio unless there’s a really good reason to.

I had to change my train at the last minute and, i was kind of expecting it to be a hassle. But Omio made it easier than I thought. The options were clear, the price difference showed up before I paid, and I got the new ticket quickly. I didn’t have to go back and forth much, which was nice. I did have to read the rules twice just to be sure I understood them, but overall it felt way smoother than some other booking sites I’ve used. I’d give it 5 stars.

I ran into an issue with my booking and reached out to support twice, but never really got a clear answer. It was mostly just waiting around with no straight response, which is super frustrating when your travel plans are basically on hold. it gave me a bit of a bait and switch feeling because everything seemed easy at first, but once there was a problem, getting help was a completely different story

I got my tickets way too late the whole process felt like it had too many steps. By the time everything finally came through, I was rushing and almost missed my train. Super frustrating experience.

"Frustrating booking experience"
I don’t know what happened with this app, but it was such a pain to use. It kept freezing on me, and every time I hit the back button, my whole search disappeared like the app just decided to waste my time. Booking took way longer than it should have, whoever designed it this way needs to rethink it. I’m not using it again

My train ended up getting delayed and I was stressed, but Omio was quicker with updates than a lot of other travel apps I’ve used. It helped me figure out my next connection without too much hassle, and the refund info was actually clear. Compared to what you usually get in situations like this, it was better than I expected.

Booking was easy for me, and the seat reservation details were clear enough overall. I did have to double-check one part just to make sure I had it right, but it wasn’t a big issue.

Booked through Omio and the times they showed didn’t match what the carrier had. It was confusing and nobody really seemed to know who I should talk to. Because of all that I missed my connection, and when I asked support they wasn’t much help either.
